The owner wanted to change his garage into three apartments. So the task for me was about creating three apartments that are a balance between spacious and practical. The ground floor has a big garden in the back, the first floor has a balcony and a bay window. The third floor has a balcony and from there you can take the stairs to a rooftop terrace.
